Where: Runnymede Field (on campus)

Practices are considered mandatory and you are responsible for contacting Coach Thomas if you are unable to attend (704-953-1394).

Training

We have created a training program that includes a run conditioning and weight training schedule. This program is intended to be pre-season training program, but we will adapt the program to the appropriate in-season schedule. Please go to the Documents/Forms link for a downloadable version of each schedule. Also, please talk to us about an individual workout program that will help you achieve your goals.
